To ensure that the local postal service (Correos de México) delivers your envelope without any issues, please enter your information in the Shopify checkout form exactly in this order:

  • Full Name: (The name of the person receiving the mail).
  • Address / Street & Number: Street name, exterior number (and interior/apartment number if applicable).
  • Colonia / Neighborhood: (Very important for Mexican mail!).
  • Zip Code (Código Postal): (5 digits).
  • City / Municipality (Ciudad/Municipio):
  • State (Estado):

⚠️ Important Note: Please do not add physical descriptions of your house in the shipping form (such as "two-story house" or "green gate"), nor cross-street references ("entre calles"). International stamps have limited space, and postal scanning systems cannot read these notes. We highly recommend verifying that your address matches exactly how it appears on Google Maps before completing your purchase.

How should I format my shipping address if I am from Canada?

In Canada, the format is very similar to the United States, but with one vital detail: their postal code contains both letters and numbers. To ensure Canada Post reads it correctly, please arrange it like this:

  • Full Name:
  • Address: House number and street name (and apartment/suite number if applicable).
  • City:
  • Province: (Use the two-letter abbreviation, e.g., ON for Ontario, QC for Quebec).
  • Postal Code: Consists of 6 characters with a space in the middle (e.g., A1A 1A1).

Does my envelope include a tracking number?

No. To keep the subscription cost as affordable as possible, all monthly mailings are sent via standard snail mail using traditional stamps. Since it is sent as a letter and not a parcel, it does not include a tracking number. That is part of the magic of traditional snail mail!

How long will it take for my Mail Club envelope to arrive?

United States & Puerto Rico: Between 3 to 7 business days after being shipped.

Mexico & Canada: Since these are international shipments sent via standard mail, delivery times can vary between 2 to 6 weeks depending on customs processing times and your country's local postal service. We truly appreciate your patience!

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew every month on the same day you originally signed up.

  • Cut-off Date: If you subscribe before the 30th or 31st of the last day of each month, you will receive that current month's edition. If you subscribe from the 1st of every month, your payment applies to the following month's edition.


There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause your subscription, skip a month, or cancel at any time by logging into your customer account on our store before your next billing date.
