Shipping policy

At Shinon Creations Inc., every piece is prepared with care and dedication. To ensure the highest quality in handling your order, we operate under the following shipping schedule:

1. Processing and Dispatch Our shipments are processed once a week. All orders placed during the week are prepared and packed on Sunday nights, to be dropped off at the post office on Monday mornings.

• Note: If you place your order on a Monday, it will be processed in the following shipping cycle (the Monday of the next week).

2. Shipping Coverage Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States and Puerto Rico. Due to high international rates and to ensure fair costs for our customers, we do not offer shipping outside these regions at this time.

3. Delivery Times We use USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order is at the post office, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your geographic location.

• • All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way so you can monitor its arrival.
