At Shinon Creations Inc., we take great pride in making sure your order arrives beautiful and perfectly presented. If something isn't right, we want to fix it immediately!
Handmade Products
Many of our products (such as our hand-painted shirts or coloring books) are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to their artisanal nature, they may have small variations or "artistic details" that are not considered defects.

Refunds or replacements for these items are only offered if they arrive damaged during transit.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process any exchanges or refunds.
Factory Defects
For products that are not handmade, if you detect a clear manufacturing defect:

If You Received the Wrong Product
Sometimes humans make mistakes! If you received an item you didn't order, we will resolve it at no cost to you:

We will take care of shipping the correct product to you or processing your return.
We do not accept cancellations of your order, so please be sure of your purchase.
